* Change of Enrollment Fee – $50.00, when decreasing scheduled days.
* Late Payment Fee is $15.00. Tuition is due on Monday of each week.
A late charge will be applied if tuition is not received by noon on Wednesday of the current week.
* Tuition includes breakfast, catered lunch, afternoon snack, educational supplies, Growing with Music class tuition, and Music with Miss Carol.
* There is roughly a 10% discount for siblings (oldest child(ren) receive(s) the discount).
Holidays and Vacations
ZECC will be closed for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday following, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, it will be observed on the following Monday. If the holiday falls on a Saturday, it will be observed on the preceding Friday. Regular tuition rates apply. The center is also closed the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day. During this week, parents are not required to pay for the non-holiday days. After your child has been attending ZECC for a continuous 6 months, your child will be allowed up to two times the number of days per week enrolled to be used as “free days” annually. Free days can be used for vacation days and sick days. HOLIDAYS CANNOT BE USED AS FREE DAYS. You must give ZECC one week notice to use a free day for vacation. If your child is sick, please telephone ZECC by 9:00 AM that day to request a free day. Free days can be taken a week at a time or as individual days. Unused free days may not be carried into the next 12-month period, and a free day credit may never be used for a day that the child is in attendance.
If ZECC needs to be closed due to inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances, emails will be sent to ZECC families.
Tuition remains the same for the week.
